Three faculty positions (non-tenure track) at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor, Mathematics and Statistics. Full-time, renewable, non-tenure track. Start date: August 2020.

Teach the Quantitative Reasoning (QR) course, college algebra taught in a Math Emporium format, and other mathematics and statistics courses, depending on qualifications and department need; provide service to the department, college, and university.

Minimum Qualifications:
Masters’ degree in mathematics, statistics, or in a closely related field (e.g., mathematics education) conferred at the time of application.
Experience teaching mathematics or statistics courses as the instructor of record.
Experience teaching a Mathematics Pathway course (viz., basic statistics, college algebra, or quantitative reasoning) as a TA or instructor of record.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience teaching a QR course as a TA or instructor of record.
Experience teaching in a Mathematics Emporium. 
Experience teaching online courses.

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at BGSU enjoys a nationally ranked doctoral program that offers a full range of graduate programs including two doctoral degree programs (PhD in Mathematics and PhD in Statistics) and undergraduate major programs in pure math, applied-math, statistics, actuarial science and data science.
