Organizational Behavior, Organization Development, Management, or Industrial and Organizational Psychology; Assistant Professor, Department of Management, Schmidthorst College of Business, Bowling Green State University. Tenure-track faculty position available August 2022.

Primary teaching responsibility is in organization development, organizational behavior, leadership, and change management. Responsibilities include teaching graduate and undergraduate courses, active engagement in research and publication, advising dissertation projects, and involvement in department, college, university, and professional service.  Expectations include teaching and active involvement in the Allen W. and Carol M. Schmidthorst College of Business’ Doctorate of Organization Development and Change program and the Executive Master of Organization Development program.   

Minimum qualifications include an earned Ph.D. with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior, Organization Development, Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited program or equivalent.  Doctorate in hand is preferred, but candidates with a strong probability of completion by August 2022 will be considered at the assistant level.  Candidates will be evaluated on teaching potential, research potential, and their potential to contribute to the programs in the department of management and the mission of the Allen W. and Carol M. Schmidthorst College of Business and Bowling Green State University.
