College of Technology, Architecture, and Applied Engineering
Full-time, tenure-track position at Assistant Professor Rank, Aviation Program, Department of Engineering Technologies.
Expected start date: August 2019.

Primary Responsibilities
- Teach and develop undergraduate level courses in aviation management, aviation economics, airline management/operations, and airport planning, design, and security. 
- Conduct research that leads to peer-reviewed publications in aviation management & related areas; actively seek external research support as appropriate.
- Perform service to the department, college, and university as well as to the profession at a national level.
Minimum Qualifications
- A doctoral degree in Aviation or very closely related discipline is required.
- Area of expertise: Business aviation, airport planning & design, airport security, aviation management. 
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to teach and develop aviation management courses at the undergraduate level.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research in Airline/Airport Management, airport planning and design, airport security, aviation management.
- Experience in Aviation/Airport Management.
